Have some way for the player to take notes inside the game itself

I really liked the slight animations on each screen. This gives a life-like feel to the screens -- it makes you feel like you are really there at that exotic location! Hats off to your artists!

Only thing I didn't like about the game is that, unlike other HOG games, this game does not "maintain a journal" of your findings. So, if you see anything you think is important (such as a clue), you would need to make a separate note of it.

I feel your game should maintain a journal like the other HOG games. So whenever a player clicks on an item that is a clue, it should be added to the journal. To make it interesting, you could add some red herrings too -- so not all items that "could be a clue" will be used; the player will have to decide which ones are useful.

For example, in your game, when the player clicks on the "7.x.x", your game should note that item in the Journal.

I just got a better idea! Instead of the above-mentioned journal, have a "notepad" in the game, where players can type out whatever notes they want. This way, you are not giving away any secrets, and the player can note down whatever he/she thinks is important. (At least, this way, we won't have to maintain handwritten notes or keep switching from the game to the PC's Notepad to take notes.)

I hope you like my idea.
